Over the years music has become a lot easier to access music and to transport it. you can download music wherever and whenever know days, unlike 5 years ago when people had to buy CD's. Also they could only watch music videos on TV as many didn't have much access to internet unlike todays generation. 

MTV has been around since 1981 and is one of the top TV channels for music video's. As of August 2013, approximately 97,654,000 American households (85.51% of households with television) receive MTV
Youtube which has been around since 2005 is now one of the biggest websites to post and watch video's. Psy's "Gangnam Style" is the highest viewed video on youtube with over, 2,000,000,000 views.

This song epitomises what it means to be in love. The entire song points out that no matter what, he'll never see flaws with the girl that she loves - that is, her 'perfect imperfections' - as to him, he knows that he'll be in love with her no matter what. 
That no matter what happens, how she's feeling or what she's doing, that he'll always be there and always see her in the best possible light. 'All of me loves all of you' - he highlights that he loves everything about her and that it'll never change. 'You're my end and my beginning' - he can't see or imagine his life without her in any way, shape or form. 

The song it's self is R&B. R&B stands for Rhythm and Blues. It also combines elements of soul, funk, pop, hip hop and dance.
